Experience
– Managed pre production breaking down the feature set of the existing game to replicate them in roblox.
– Planned and estimated the full game development roadmap.
– Based off of the feature set breakdown, I defined the art workload and tracked the assets production.
– Managed the art assets production for the game (characters, weapons, wearables, cosmetics and environments) coordinating internal artists utilizing agile methodology.
– Achieved to replicate the game’s characters and environment look and feel despite roblox’s modeling, rigging and animation limitations.
– Supervised and tracked the art proof of concept with the artists and developers to replicate game’s features within roblox studio, working with R15 character’s system.
– Managed client’s relationship reporting game’s status updates on a weekly basis.
– Created a files storage structure to allow everyone in the team to access easily to any asset they need.
– Conducted weekly demos to the internal teams to identify risks and blockers and found solutions in a timely manner.
