Experience
– Managed the art assets production for the game (characters, cosmetics and environments) coordinating internal artists utilizing agile methodology.
– Achieved to create 600+ voxel assets within The Sandbox propietary 3D modeling software within a period of 6 months
– Worked with the Art Director, Game Producer and Game Designer to define the game’s art needs, workload and milestones according to the development roadmap.
– Managed client’s relationship and met with Invincible’s IP owners on a weekly basis to review the assets and ensure that everything was done within the brand guidelines.
– Estimated time and resources to quotate art production and partnered with the Game Producer to quote properly the full game development.
– Developed a pipeline to streamline the voxel assets production besides documenting all the modeling tools limitations to find alternatives to create unique assets.
– Created a files storage structure utilizing repositories like github to allow everyone in the team to access easily to any asset they need.
– Reviewed the art assets in Vox Edit and Game Maker to ensure there were no issues and they met the game’s specs.
– Worked with the marketing team to plan and track the creation of CG and motion graphics short videos as part of the launch strategy. I also supervised the creation of the videos ensuring the art team scaled up properly adding animators and VFX artists to deliver on time, budget and quality.
– Conducted weekly demos to the internal teams to identify risks and blockers and found solutions in a timely manner.
