Role: Art Producer and Outsource Manager

Experience

Managed the art assets production for the game (characters, wearables, cosmetics and soccer arenas) coordinating internal artists and the external partners and contractors utilizing agile methodology.

– Achieved to deliver a collection of 100+ unique wearables and cosmetics, 25 characters and 10 arenas within 2 months as a seasonal update for the game.

Worked directly with the Art Director, Product Owner and Game Director to define the game’s art needs, workload and priorities according to the development roadmap.

– Created an Assets Production Tracker in google spreadsheets to allow for simple yet effective status updates for VPs and Team Leads.

– Improved the assets files storage structure that allowed everyone in the team to access easily to the files reducing the time they were spending trying to find specific assets.

Implemented KPIs like revision cycles, pre production time and assets reusability for external partners and contractors to reduce production time by a 20%

– Reviewed the art assets in blender and unity to ensure there were no issues and they met the game’s specs.

– Worked with the marketing team to plan and track the creation of CG short videos as part of the social media strategy. I also supervised the creation of the videos ensuring the external partners delivered on time and quality.

– Conducted weekly demos to the internal teams to keep them in the loop and identify risks and blockers and found solutions in a timely manner.
