– Led and mentored a global art team remotely (3D, 2D, UI, animation and VFX) to create game-ready art assets (characters, wearables, environments, weapons and vehicles) for games and web3 experiences as well as animated shorts for marketing content.
– Ensured all the art assets met the art pipeline specifications implementing QA processes and utilizing Jira, Confluence and Google Workspace tools for efficient project management.
– Conducted team meetings to clarify milestones, prioritize deliverables, remove blockers and provide feedback to internal teams and external contractors.
– Partnered with Art Directors, Producers and Departments Leads to plan art workload and milestones for the internal team and external vendors and contractors.
– Created RFPs for external art vendors and project briefs for the internal art team.
– Managed art production backlog, budget and resource allocation utilizing SCRUM framework.
– Managed end-to-end art outsourcing processes conducting weekly meetings to keep track of external vendors progress, ensuring outsource workload was done on time, quality and budget.
– Developed and improved art workflows and pipelines to keep deliveries on time and within budget.
– Reviewed and ensured all the art assets met each game specs and visual quality.
– Provided clear feedback, guidance and support to the internal art team, partners and vendors.
– Main POC for all departments, vendors and partners regarding any art related needs.
– Reported projects status, risks and opportunities to partners, clients and leads on a weekly basis.
– Owned Profit and Loss reports ensuring art production to stay within budget for each project.
– Created guidelines and documentation of Tech & Art processes.
